We had 3 different user groups for 3 different roles. We identified the most important streams and most of the project worked and tested them.

Primary flow of choosing a procedure

The process of searching a provider is one of the main flows.We divided it into three logical parts, it is the choice of the desired procedure, the choice of available provider and setting up an appointment.

Provider Page

On the provider’s page in a separate tab Procedure we have posted examples of work of the relevant procedure to other clients. Also from below we fixed the price-block with a action-button for the next step, so that the user is not lost during the exploring process.

Making an appointment flow

After choosing a provider is possible to make an appointment for consultation in the nearest convenient time for the user.

Feedback Popups

After the procedure user could leave the feedback. It is also possible to share the result with friends.
